Our Warranty & Guarantee

5-year fabric coverage includes wrinkles and curling edges; manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year. Hardware is covered for 10 years, and motors for 2 years. Defective items are repaired or replaced free of charge. Normal use required; misuse, accidents and improper handling are excluded. Service or shipping charges may apply after two years. Coverage and terms may change—ask our sales team for the most current warranty details.
